The chapel is located at 1544 Big Moose Rd., Eagle Bay, NY 13331.  Driving from the Watertown area, the shortest route to the Chapel is over the Stillwater Road from Lowville through Big Moose Station.  This is a dirt road for most of the distance from Number Four to Big Moose Station.  The town keeps this road well-graded during the summer months, but conditions can be difficult early and late in the year.

State Rt. 28 is the main road through the central Adirondacks, and the route almost everyone drives to get to Big Moose Lake.  The turn-off for Big Moose Rd. is in the hamlet of Eagle Bay about ten miles beyond Old Forge, coming from the west and south, and two miles past Inlet, coming from the east and north.  There is a small two-story brick structure on one corner, and a Town of Web welcome center on the other.

 

The Chapel is about five miles from the turn-off in Eagle Bay, on the right after you pass the Big Moose Inn.  The parking lot is just past the Chapel on the left side of the road.
