Our Memorial Sunday Service was held on August 10, 2025.   

The passing of members of our congregation and others with a strong past connection to the Chapel, or to the Big Moose community, is typically recognized on the second Sunday in August. 

The minister reads the name of each person and a short tribute commemorating that person and his or her connection with the community, then a bell is rung.

In preparation for Summer 2026, if you know of someone who has passed away since August 10, 2025, please send an e-mail to bmchapelwebmaster@gmail.com and your email will be forwarded to the Chair of the Memorials Committee.
